I found this man's work through Keith Lango's blog. Its fantastic stuff that uses the simplicity of what CG sort of naturally creates (sort of harsh simplistic style) and uses it in a way that heightens the viewing experience. Great stuff that should at least get a viewing to find out what all the hubbub is about.
Finished fixing arcs and doing lip sync. I had fun doing this. I think I'm starting to enjoy animating in 3d, after so many years. Its starting to click into place for me.
An old piece of 10 second club voice sample and about 2 days of working equals this result. I still need to fix the curves/graph edit, but its better than some of my older stuff.
Well, its been 2 years. 2 years of working design and production work. Got to pay the bills somehow, and design work always pays well. But I think its time to get back to doing some animation. We'll see how this goes.
